The Simpsons: My Top Favorite show!

The Simpsons is my fave show ever and has been my whole life! I started really enjoying it in middle school. I am behind in catching up on the newer episodes as there are episodes seasons 28 to the present season that I have not seen! I hear that season 30+ are experiencing some sort of modern Simpsons renaissance. Marge's voice actor as well as Homer's voice actor are experiencing strain in their voices, especially Marge's voice actor, but I am still excited to check out the episodes I have missed! I am currently catching up in season 28.

I love The Simpsons a great deal. I have seasons 1-20 on DVD. One of my favorite episodes is in my season 3 box set as it is an older copy and of course it is Stark Raving Dad! I have a few old Simpsons dolls as well as Simpsons action figures. I used to have a bunch of Simpsons Comics but I sold them at the flea market but I did manage to hang on to one graphic novel collection I am never selling!

When I was a baby/ toddler, I had a Bart Simpson doll. Until my adulthood, I had an old Simpsons pillow. I still have a thrifted Simpsons bed sheet that is the same as the old pillow I used to have. I also have two Life is Hell books, which are not Simpsons but are Matt Groening, who is one of the creators of The Simpsons.

I will always love Simpsons. The classic era is especially good, but I do enjoy the "Jerkass Homer" seasons of seasons 10 to 13 and seasons 14 to season 19. There are some episodes in Season 20 I also enjoy as well. My favorite Simpsons season of all time is season 4, my second fave is season 6. There are a few digital era teen number seasons I enjoy a great deal but I don't remember which seasons they are!

My favorite Simpsons episode ever is Last Exit to Springfield from season 4. It is a fan fave and I think it is the perfect Simpsons episode. Some other top faves are Deep Space Homer, Stark Raving Dad, "Beer Baron episode", Grade School Confidential, Scenes from The Class Struggle in Springfield, The Springfield files and more! I may do a post in the future about the classic era and what episodes I think are the best (as opposed to my faves but there might be overlap) in each season. I will also do this for the teen seasons too. When I do seasons 20-29 and the 30+ seasons, I may keep it to a list to each era as the 20-29 seasons can be hit or miss.
