New Year's Goals (2025)

In my happy new year's post, I mentioned I have a bunch of goals for 2025. I have a very long list of them, but I will just mention a few of them, and they are doable!
I want to try to incorporate some exercises to my life especially because my doctor said I need to strengthen my knees. I am going to try to do that and get some more walking in as well. This will lead me to hopefully lose some weight. I don't want to be size 0 or anything, just try to get somewhat below 200lbs.
Also in order to do this, I'm going to try to eat better, especially with more veggies and produce. I do love veggies and fruits and they come on sale all the time. Giant Tiger is great for produce deals and always have been since they landed in the Atlantic provinces (they were around for longer outside the Atlantic provinces). I love apples and grapes and blueberries and I also love potatoes and broccoli and cauliflower. There are many other veggies I love too, including celery.
Ever since my mom had my heart attack in 2023, I have been looking for ways, even small ways to become more healthy. I'm grateful she is still here. <3 I will try to look into ways to bolster my health.
I'm also trying to break my spending problem. I tend to overspend and it has been an issue for years, esp. the last 2 years. I am looking to save money in both my chequing and savings accounts and be able to build them up so I do not get stressed and can enjoy life and afford to do things.
