Autism: It's NOT the Tylenol!

 Hey all,

I do not like RFK Jr at all. First of all, he is absolutely nuts! Second, he has a real hard hatred of autism and is obsessed with what causes autism, but is spreading A LOT of misinformation about autism. Autism is NOT caused by Tylenol! Autism is NOT caused by vaccines! Autism is genetic, hereditary and is NOT bad at all! RFK Jr is very reminiscent of Autism Speaks: harms the autistic community and is out to perform eugenics against the autistic community!

Not only does Tylenol NOT cause autism, but Tylenol is one of the very few safe things medically, especially for pain, that pregnant people can take. You will see a lot of harm come to infants if people who are pregnant take things for pain that aren't safe, due to the fake news and misinformation created by RFK Jr. It won't just harm the infant, but is dangerous to the pregnant person's wellbeing as well.

Note that I am saying pregnant person, because, even though a large number of pregnant people are cis women, I am being inclusive to include trans, nonbinary and gender diverse people, because there are people who do not identify as female or as any gender who can become pregnant. I haven't mentioned LGBTQ+ stuff a whole lot on here, but this blog is welcoming of LGBTQ+ people! So is my Twitter page! As a side note, there are quite a few autistic LGBTQ+ and nonbinary people out there! I once read in a book autistic people are statistically more likely to be queer or LGBTQ+ than non autistic people!

Because RFK Jr, as well as Trump are spreading misinformation about autism, as well as health issues in general, the autistic community is in danger! Not only that, but minorities in the U.S. are being detained by ICE, and the LGBTQ+ community is being threatened too, especially the Trans community as well. The U.S. is becomng a dangerous place for everyone, but especially if you're autistic, disabled, are a minority, are queer or LGBTQ+, are a female and/or anything that is not a cis white male. Look what happened to Roe v. Wade! Look at the possibility of marriage equality for the LGBTQ+ community being wiped out! Trans people cannot get their gender affirming care, pregnant people will get arrested if they get an abortion!

All I can say is, I truly hope and pray things get better in the U.S., because we need a miracle for our neighbour country.
